This Rum is made from the finest sugar, molasses and my water from the Biscayne Aquifer. This is a moonshine style Rum. Like in the mountains of Appalachia or a small farm in the Caribbean, I use a still pot and a thumper. Distilling this way brings out the raw rural flavors of the spirit.
